Roadmap
What we're working on and what's coming up. Plans change as we hear from teams using CoderScreen, so treat this as direction, not a promise.

Now2
What we're building right now.
- Assessments
Question templates
A starter set of ready-made questions with test cases in the question library, so you can put together an assessment without writing everything from scratch.
- Platform
Notifications and a home dashboard
An in-app inbox that tells you when a candidate finishes an assessment, plus a home page that shows recent activity across your team.
Next2
Planned and up after the current work.
- Platform
ATS integrations
Send interviews and assessments from Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, and get scores back on the candidate profile.
- Platform
Slack and webhook alerts
Get a Slack message or a webhook call when a candidate submits, so results show up where your team already works.

Ideas we're exploring. Tell us if you need one.
- Assessments
Take-home projects
Longer, multi-file projects that candidates work on over a few days, reviewed in the same editor you use for live interviews.
- Interviews
Interview templates
Save a room setup with its questions, starter files and language, then reuse it for every candidate in a hiring loop.
- Platform
Notification preferences and digests
Choose which alerts you get and where, and roll quieter ones into a daily email.
Recently shipped
Full changelogAutocomplete in every room language
The shared editor now has real language server autocomplete, hover docs and signature help in all 11 room languages.
Editing questions no longer touches past results
Removing a question or deleting a test case keeps every candidate result that was already graded.
Expired assessments get scored
Candidates who run out of time keep the work they did, and the submit flow no longer gets stuck.
Faster pages and assessment editing
Database work across the app got quicker, and building an assessment no longer reloads everything on each edit.
Missing something?
Most of this list came from teams telling us what got in their way. If something you need isn't here, open an issue on GitHub or email us.
